		<description>Well, maybe not today.  Contrary to previous belief, we did have acro-yoga today, and my hip hurts, my shoulder hurts, and I probably should rest my knee.  On the other hand, my standups from backbend are progressing nicely. :)</description>

		<description>Jane Goldstein does Rockin&#039; Vinyasa the first Friday of every month at 5:30. She expertly choreographs the poses to go with the music, and it&#039;s really neat. (Also it&#039;s free, but I&#039;d pay for it if it weren&#039;t.) 

If it were me, I&#039;d just make a Rock N Roll play list and do the normal Ashtanga light. That&#039;s what your students keep coming back for.</description>
